About The Course

Course Title: Everyday Readiness: Vehicle Engagements 1

Course Length: 2 Days

Intended Audience: Civilians and Law Enforcement

Course Overview:

“Vehicle Engagements - 1” is part of our Everyday Readiness curriculum, and is a two-day training program that's designed to give you the practical skills and knowledge you need to navigate high-pressure situations involving firearms in and around vehicles confidently. Whether you're a civilian looking to boost your personal protection skills or a law enforcement professional seeking to enhance your tactical proficiency, this course has something for you.

Throughout the program, you'll learn how to identify the best cover and concealment options on a vehicle, tactics for getting in and out of a vehicle safely under high stress, and strategies for engaging targets in an urban environment with vehicles present. Our expert instructors will also teach you the mechanics of shooting from a vehicle and engaging targets in a vehicle, as well as essential team communication skills for effective coordination. Additionally, this course will cover and implement basic medical and trauma care, as students learn to navigate multiple scenarios involving vehicles.

AMMUNITION: be prepared with 500 rounds of pistol caliber

3 Magazines, and pockets to hold them

Concealable Holster (Appendix Carry IWB Holster Highly Recommended)

Eye and ear protection

Durable clothing

Closed-toed shoes

*Disclaimer: At a minimum, the student must be able to continuously execute the four firearms safety principles and also be physically capable of supporting their own weight during dynamic movements and drilling.

*Must be 21 or at least a lawful age for the training conducted, a U.S. Citizen (can be waived), and not prohibited by any Federal, State, or local law from possessing firearms
